I just had my period yesterday and as this is just my fourth time, I'm having painful cramps in my abdomen. Tommorow will be a school day and we'll be having a class test and we'll need to perform some community service. However, I'm feeling so tired in my mind and body, I don't think I'll be able to. What should I do? Attend school or skip it?

I have had chronic constipation for several years now, I changed my lifestyle to a more healtheir one however i still cant go to the bathroom normally. I usually take lots of laxatives and then I will go. Has anyone ever had this problem if so what helped you go to the bathroom normally. I even got some very dried peeling feet because of this condition. Nothing has helped both problems Help any suggestions will help

Is that possible? A few skipped periods, still menstruating, no emotional weirdness, no hot flashes, no night sweats, libido very high, everything downstairs very self-lubricated including the "stretchy" stuff. Doctor says my hormones are sort of in between.

What is happening????!!! I have a VERY long history of hideous periods and was expecting the menopause from hell, and I am the right age. Ahem, okay.

So the question is:

Can a woman go through menopause with NO symptoms?! (except irregular periods then cessation).

Im not trying to lose weight.Im just making sure that when you through up water you don't lose weight because oftenly when I drink water now like 2 minutes later I will through it up but not on purpose.

Hi my name is Amy May Elizabeth and I am concerned I might have endometriosis. I have sharp pains in my abdomen and alot of blood clots. I am in alot of pain. I feel a blockage in my bladder after going to the toilet. It is causing me so much discomfort. I am also diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and I have a stomach bug. I am a spirit filled christian. I pray in the spirit every day. It keeps me strong and protects me from darkness. How long does it take to be set free from painful memories and strongholds? My Mum is taking psychiatric medication because she is diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder. Is it possible that I can see my Mum for who she is and not as a zombie? I am finding it very hard to be strong. I find the traffic noise and the people cause me so much fear. Can you suggest how I can rise above the noise and distractions? Without loosing my direction in life. I know that God has called me to America. I finding it hard to keep hold of my vision. Amy

I've been on the pill since november, i know they tell you to take the pill at the same time everyday. But how important is that? i normally take the pill between 7:30 and 9:30am. Will that affect it at all?

i've had my period for about a year now and i was thinking about using tampons because ive heard theyre not as messy as pads. im not sure if i should get regular or heavy, id say i have a pretty heavy flow but ive heard the heavier absorbency the more likely it is to get TSS. so i was thinking regular.. but ive tried regular once before and i leaked through it. should i use heavy or regular with a pad?

Is it true that kids who are breast fed have weaker bones than kids who are given milk from a bottle??? I heard it somewhere and was wondering if it was true. I can see how it could be. It's possible that breast milk has less vitamins in it or whatever. I'm just curious because my friend was breast fed & I was fed from a bottle. She has broken many of her bones & I haven't broken 1. I don't know, it is possible that she could just have weaker bones than me. I was just wondering but would appreciate a response. Thanks!

i put a tampon in and i think its still there. 5 hrs later i was to take it out.. but nothing was there. the string was gone. :--(
im scared its stuck up there.. i tryed to get it out myself but i couldnt find it. The question i wanted to ask was.

Ive been starting to get cellulite since i was about 15, but then it was only a bit on my thighs and you could only see it when u squeezed it. Now ive noticed over the last year, i have been really stressed out and have put on a few kilos, my body is full of it, i have it really bad on my butt and thighs and even a bit on my tummy and upper arms, but worst of all i have it on my calves and when i kneel down and squeeze it its all visible.

I really hate it and am embarassed by it, it makes me feel less sexy.

Im not interested in any cremes or cosmetic procedures as i think they are just a plain waste of money and only help mildly for a short term period.

What im after is any NATURAL home remedies, things i can eat or drink that you can buy from the supermarket, im not interested in any pill supplements but i will consider homeopathy.

Any excercise that can reduce it and also if there are anythings i can cut out of my diet that cause it.

on December 29..and now more than a month later I still haven't had my 2nd period yet. I wear pantliners every day, and I think the past few days I have had cramps. But i'm not sure.
