It could happen. Always use another form of birth control while you are on antibiotics.

I was told by my doctor that taking a lot of antibiotics over time can lessen the effect of the pill and other serious medications when needed. I stopped going in for every sniffle and pain after that. Every ones body is different and the antibiotics you are are now could lessen the effects of the pill so if you're concerned use a back up method like condoms.

You'll only fall if you slip. However the antibiotics should come with a pamphlet that will tell you if you need backup protection. Usually you do need a backup so I'm going to say possibly. Take a pregnancy test if your period is late or is too heavy.

Call a pharmacist to see if the antibiotics interfered with the birth control pills.

When in doubt always use a condom.
