Ive been starting to get cellulite since i was about 15, but then it was only a bit on my thighs and you could only see it when u squeezed it. Now ive noticed over the last year, i have been really stressed out and have put on a few kilos, my body is full of it, i have it really bad on my butt and thighs and even a bit on my tummy and upper arms, but worst of all i have it on my calves and when i kneel down and squeeze it its all visible.

I really hate it and am embarassed by it, it makes me feel less sexy.

Im not interested in any cremes or cosmetic procedures as i think they are just a plain waste of money and only help mildly for a short term period.

What im after is any NATURAL home remedies, things i can eat or drink that you can buy from the supermarket, im not interested in any pill supplements but i will consider homeopathy.

Any excercise that can reduce it and also if there are anythings i can cut out of my diet that cause it.

You need to lower your bodyfat percentage, that's about all you can do. I dated a girl in highschool who had some dimples on the backs of her thighs at 17. It didn't stop be from banging the stuffing out of her though. :-)

Unfortunately cellulite is hard to lose, I just saw a show, she said you have to drink 2l of water a day and when you're in the shower massage the affected area from left to right for about 20 strokes and then circular. It will get the circulation going and your water will flush it out, because the toxins and the fat that causes cellulite need to be flushed. Also eat a lot of veggies, preferably raw, celery, cucumber, carotts are all great, but also the cruciferous ones like broccoli and cauliflower. For Lettuce don't use Iceberg, use romaine it has more nutrients.

well, welcome to the real world!!!! honestly, there is no getting rid of cellulite 100%. but with a great fat reduced diet and lots of exercise and water it can really diminish the appearance of this aweful thing...eat lots of fruits and veggies...also, there is this thing called endermologie or something like that (it's a massage that treats it). look it up on the web...good luck!

I think that you should consider hiring a certified personal trainer and eat a healthy diet. Short of surgery, that's probably your best shot.
