Try drinking purified water. Maybe there is something in the water that your body is rejecting. It may not cause you to lose weight, unless you can't hold anything down after you throw up, but it will cause you to be dehydrated and there are other problems with chronic vomiting. When you throw up, often the stomach contents come up with it, like stomach acids which can damage your throat and teeth. It's important to drink water everyday so if this continues, you should see a doctor.

If I read that correctly, you are throwing up after drinking water, but you are doing nothing to cause that to happen.

If this is the case, you need to see a doctor and you need to do so RIGHT NOW.

Go to an ER/Emergency room at a hospital right now and get help.

The human body can do fairly well without food for weeks, but it cannot do without water for more than a few days.

If you cannot take in water and retain it, then you need medical help, and you need it immediately.

You may not necessarily be losing weight but you are losing valuable electrolytes, mainly potassium. Also there is hydrochloric acid produced in the stomach, and repeated vomiting, exposes the teeth to it, it will eat the enamel right off!!! You might want to get that problem checked out, there could be underlying problems causing you to vomit water.
