No one says anything until we are 50 and facing surgery, slings etc; pass on what you have been told woman to woman

many of our ob/gyns are not telling this ; you feel great but years later the damage rears its ugly head ; can lead to prolapse of bladder, bowel and uterus etc ; as women we need to ask and get the answers and assistance so when we are 40 + we are not facing this problem

Thanks so much for the info!! No, I did NOT know this and since I've had my twins 7 years ago who were 7 & 8 lbs, O'm assuming I'm ging to be one of those women who need just about everything in my body lifted!!! ***UUUGGHHH!!!!****
