What time if right to impregnate a girl?
Before, During or After her period? Does it even matter?

you need to know when she is ovulating, and she either knows her cycle or take an ovulating kit and time it out on a calendar. Multiple online sources let you know a general woman's ovulation period, and some women ovulate at the beginning of the mont (before their period) during or after, so she needs to know or you both need to find out her typical ovulation point during her cycle. good luck!

Is this girl wantinmg a pregnancy?
After her period and at the time she is ovulating is the time pregnancy is more likely to occur ,although having said that pregnancy for some woman happens at almost anytime.
Be aware that even during or prior to menstartion, that male sperms are very virulent and determined in their role and can live up to 72 hours after entering the vagina

It's not the right time now.
Wait until you're adults and married. When a teenage girl gets pregnant, her life plans are ruined. So are yours.
I know of a few teens from my class who had that happen.
Either wear a condom or don't have sex at all! You're too young, buddy.

The best time is to find out when she ovulates because only then can she actually get pregnant. You can go to the pharmacy and by products to help her figure out when during the mth that is.

Generally, halfway through her cycle. But not all cycles are regular.
