i am a really skinny girl. well im 511 and weigh 135 pounds. and the only place that fat goes to is my inner thighs and the thigh area below the butt. does any one suggest any exercises or diet plans i could go on? when i wear a bathing suit, im really self-concious because my calves are really skinny and then appears my thunder thighs. help?

Should I really wait 3 months before having sex to make sure the pill is working properly with no complications?
I heard that you should wait 3 months.
And what should I expect after I start taking it?
Weight gain? moodiness? what?
please help. I'm 17, a virgin, and going on the pill for the first time.

i have a sister and were twins and were 14 and today we compared our boyd size ( not wearing anything ) and I noticed that my sister is a bit bigger then me in her chest, stomach, and her area down there and has more hair down there. I weigh 125 and she weighs 127 but she looks biggger. Whats the deal with that?

One morining i woke up with a bruise on my chest I've had it for 3 weeks now and it seems to fade and then it gets dark again I went to a doctor and he checked my breast for any bumps and saw my bruise and said i must of hit my breast without realizing it but i am positive i did'nt hit my breast. I'm planning to have a tummy tuck procedure done but I'm nervous about the surgery. I don't have a problem with the after part of the surgery but before the surgery is my concern. The day of the surgery what do they do? Will I be asleep before I get in the surgery room or do they do everything once I get to the room. Do they completly sleep you or all you just numb and your alert? If anyone had a tummy tuck please let me know what to expect?

Okay I have a cyst on the back of my neck about 2 inchs from my hair line, I had 2 about a few years ago that got to be the size of a 1/2 dollar and got infected they went away with antibiotics, one of them just got smaller but I could still feel it, it felt hard like a little ball. Well recently It's gotten bigger, I showed my dr and she said not to worry about it. But it feels like it's getting bogger, it's just a hard little ball, it doesn't hurt and you can't see it just feel it, it's under my skin. So my question is could it be cancer? has anyone ever had something similar to this? and what was the outcome? Thaniks for all the feed back, and no I'm not asking for a diagnosis just want to know if anyone had this befor? thanks.....

I am 25 and 100lbs. I can't gain weight, I have tried protein shakes daily, don't want fake boobs, and am on hormone replacement therapy. For a while was a C (was on BC for the hormones) but now back down to a small A. Anyone know if any of these work?

A friend tested "positive" using a pregnancy test kit that detects hcg presence in urine.But, she does not feel any signs/symptoms of being pregnant(prior her 1st pregnancy, she felt "some feeling" in her breasts, the likes). Any other hormone or test that indicates "positive" pregnancy?Thanks!!

Hey everyone, I have been searching the internet and my books trying to figure out what this means.

When everyone says post ovulation temps need to be at least .4 degrees higher, what is the higher from? Should it be .4 degrees higher than the day before, or .4 higher than any of my previous temps this cycle?

For example, my highest preovulatory temp was 97.9, but my 5 days before ovulation ranges from 97.0-97.2. Then I had an increase to 97.5 then 97.7 the next day, which is today. Is this high enough to conclude I've ovulated? Or does it need to be higher than 97.9? I'm confused.... Thanks

A friend's menstruation ceases for a month(s) or it becomes irregular after taking certain medications, like an asthma drug containing prednisone(a steroid). Would a phenylpropanolamine med do the same? She recently took about 5phenylpropanolamine tablets in about 1-2weeks' time of having cough/colds; coincidentally, her expected menstruation did not come.Any correlation? Thanks!!
