Aside from hcg(human chorionic gonadotropin), are there any other indicators of (positive) pregnancy?

A friend tested "positive" using a pregnancy test kit that detects hcg presence in urine.But, she does not feel any signs/symptoms of being pregnant(prior her 1st pregnancy, she felt "some feeling" in her breasts, the likes). Any other hormone or test that indicates "positive" pregnancy?Thanks!!

Your friend is pregnant unless she is taking fertility drugs.......that is about the only way you can get a postive and not be pregnant.

All home pregnancy tests and bloodtests are testing for HCG.

Many woment do not feel pregnant when they first conceive.
