There is a cure..it's called leave us women alone! Don't take it personally..we just need our space during that time of the month ;-)

Man I wish there were a real cure for PMS! It's very painful, both mentally and physically. Yes, it does aggravate the woman, too, to hurt other peoples' feelings during that time, but we women can't help it. It's a chemical problem in our brains and we can't control it. Men need to be understanding about that and, when the woman needs a shoulder to lean on, be there. When the woman is angry, give her some space and be understanding about it. I know it's hard, but we can't control it.

Sure, there's a cure. Removal of the ovaries. However, this brings on another female complaint--menopause.
Seriously, there are very effective treatments for PMS, supplements, eating healthy, exercise and getting enough sleep.
You know, women in most non-industrialized parts of the world have no problems with PMS.

There are some things that can never have an answer, like why can't men experience PMS and have babies, maybe then just maybe they will have more appreciation for women..

its called midol extra strenght. and leaving us the hek alone! dont bother us and we wont be so moody. well atleast you wouldnt no about it. dont ask stupid questions. there is no cure. were women and that happens. if you think its bad now wait till menopause.
