i am a really skinny girl. well im 511 and weigh 135 pounds. and the only place that fat goes to is my inner thighs and the thigh area below the butt. does any one suggest any exercises or diet plans i could go on? when i wear a bathing suit, im really self-concious because my calves are really skinny and then appears my thunder thighs. help?

if you gain muscle you will only make a place look BIGGER. There is no such thing as spot training. What you need to do is gain muscle in other areas to make your body look in proportion.

Join the club hun. I am not as tall, 5'6, but I am very petite and then comes my big butt and thighs, they come from no where, I run and try to get them off, but they won't budge. :(... Good thing my bf thinks big thighs are hot. Lol, just try putting one foot on a stair/and or nother higher object, then push yourself in and out from the stair. It burns fat.

by no ability ever permit down anybody purely simply by fact she or he's fat. the wind would turn in the direction of u too. purely see her as a guy or woman or placed ur self in her place. would u prefer to be indignant if u have been in her place. Do what u would have finished if u have been in her footwear. fat would soften as she grows up however the harm feeling which u are certain to furnish her would exchange the path of her existence

Well, just don't eat a lot of reallt fatty foods such as cakes, french fries, donuts, deep fried foods, etc. Or, if you are already active, this may not be fat. It may actually be muscle

Try capoeira. it works out the hip and calve area. is safe and fun. it is an african brazilian style of dance fighting. try it.

if you think that you have thunder thighs then you havent seen mine...it kinda disturbs me when excessively skinny girls think they are fat...but anyway...try cycling.

yes, you are incredibly thin......you DO need to gain some weight.....increase your protein, and to build up your calves since you're so thin already, i would use a stairstepper........
