i had sex with my bf with a condom on my first day of my period, (i was spoting)

If i have sex iwth him tmrw on the 2nd day of my peroid unprotected< what is the liklihood of me getting pregnant?

could it happen immediatly right there and then>?

scared, and curious i just wanna know ( ill have sex with him with a condom but i just wanna know incase any lil aciidents (you never know)

Before I was on the shot I usually had sex every day with my boyfriend of 4 years. Now I am just so tired and I have headaches all the time and I know that those are symtoms of the shot, but I am never horny nor do I ever have orgasisms any more. I want this to go back to normal. are they just as good as the regular tampons?
I was thinking of getting the playtex ones. Are they just as good as the gentle glide ones or arent they that good. I have experience with tampons, i just dont like carrying aroung the big tampons cause they dont fit in my purse. I would also like to bring them alond with me on vacation. If i didnt use the portable ones i would use the new playtex sport ones. any advice for which one to use?

I have been on the pill for 7 years never missed or skipped a pill,taken same time every day. My last period was on time but was only 2 days and very LIGHT ( I only had to use like 2 tampons) I feel very tired as of lately t oo. Should I get a pregnancy test? I never missed a pill and being on the pill , the one ive been on for 2 yrs now I noticed my periods are shorter and light. But I have just started the pill and I was wondering if anyone knew when it is ok to have sex without using the condom (for me and my boyfriend, so I know he doesnt have any S.T.I's). I was checking my iud and i only felt one string and as i was looking for both i accendely pulled on it and came out of place now it stabbs me. But if it was to fall out, what did it fell like? I mean, its not a bush or anything...I keep it very trimmed. But my girlfriends all shave theirs and I see on here that its the "style" to shave. I however feel that I'm a woman and not a little girl...I should have hair down there. Am I the only one?

I have asked a few questions about this health issue I am having in the past few nights, and after researching on WebMD, I have come across something called vaginal vault prolapse. This is a serious question, and I know I need to see a gyno right away. I have an appointment Friday morning, but do not have any health insrurance so for right now the only place I can go to is Planned Parenthood. Anyway, does anyone have any info on this? Experience, either personal or with a friend or family member? I am not completely sure that's what this is, but it said it's a bulging mass inside the vaginal wall and that's exactly what I feel. I also have ovarian cysts, which have become more painful recently. Common things such as standing after sitting for 25-30 mins, driving, even laying flat in bed can be painful. If anyone has any advice or suggestions to what else this might be, please inform me. Serious answers only, please.

I am planning for pregnancy,i have started taking 800 MCG of Folic Acid and Centrum Balanced Formula Multivitamin Tablets IS it ok to take 800 MCG of Folic acid before pregnancy? My Centrum Multivitamin Tablet also contain 200 MCG Of Folic Acid.So I take both of these tablets alternatively to avoid overdose of Folic Acid. But My Centrum Multivitamin Tablet does not meet the RDI Standard,will it be benefcial or i have to change my multivitamin ? Do I have to take it daily?Taking 1000 MCG of Folic acid is ok or not before pregnancy?
