That would happen to my friend and she had endometriosis. I would say something to my Dr next time I was there if I were you.

Actually yes,If you get really bad bloating and water retention with your period the pressure can cause you to ache there to.since I've had my kids I suffer from the dreaded "H" word.I find these act up and get sore more when I am bloated.

I had that too - and guess where I could feel labor pains? Yep right in the ol' pooper. When the labor nurse was asking if the pains were in my back or my belly I couldn't tell her. Must be some weird nerve connection. Or maybe some constipation.

Do you use pads? Maybe the pad is fluffing and that is causing the itch. If that is the case, change your brand of pad.

If you use tampons, maybe its the string that is making you itch. Either reposition the string or change the brand.

Is it with every period? If it is just at random times, which just happens to be when you have your period, maybe you have intestinal worms. Treat yourself for that.

What material is your underwear made from? Synthetic material traps heat and sweat, making you more likely to itch. you should wear "breathable" cotton underwear.

You could always see a doctor and talk to them about it.
