Your mom was actually a little bit older than than the age girls normally get their period. Most girls get theirs around 12 or 13. You will probably go a few more inches but that's determined by your genetic rather than when you get your period.

13 is normal actually in some cases late really. most girls get it most commonly between 11-12...some sooner some later. most my female friends were 12. so 13 is perfectly fine. actually 16 is a late by most standards in fact much after 16 doctors start to wonder if everything is okay...and might even want to do a check up.

It is not uncommon for a young girl at 13 to get her period, but your period has nothing to do with how tall you will or will not get to be. Your height is determine by your genes.

i got mine when i was younger than you and im 5'4. genetics decide how tall you get. when you enter puberty has nothing to do with it (and you are not that young, you are average. actually a little older than most people i know got their period) maybe you should talk to your mom or another adult because it sounds like there are still quite a few things you are confused about when it comes to t he changes your body is going through)

everyone starts their periods at different ages mainly between 10- 14. it just depends. you can start later than that but still usuallyit's between 10-14 you have nothing to worry about and as for you getting taller maybe you will i can't exactly answer that question it can depend on genetics but i am sure you'll get taller.

I was 10, no joke, and I still grew a couple inches after that.
I have come to the conclusion that our food (meet and veggies) are fed vitamins to make them grow faster for more production, then those vitamins are passed to us when we eat the food, therefor making us, the new generation, grow faster too.

I was eleven when I got mine. Some girls are even 9 when they get theirs. Everybody is different and every body works different. There's nothing wrong with you

Some girls start as early as nine. It really just depends on you and your body. Also, most girls are pretty much finished growing in middle school (earlier than boys), so good luck...
