If you have reason to believe you're pregnant ( I.E. unprotected sex ) then you should get a pregnancy test. Sometimes after long periods of being on birth control your body adjusts suddenly which could cause changes in your cycle and flow. Check with your doctor just to make sure, not only can your doctor do an accurate pregnancy test (blood instead of urine) but can give you more info on the change of cycles.

Sounds like your body is adjusting to the new pill. Some pills make you bleed more, some make you bleed less, its all how your body reacts to the hormones.

Talk to your doctor about your flow.

I don't think that you would be pregnant as you did have a period, even though it was light. But if you are concerned, have the test anyway, just for peace of mind.

Some pills make you bleed more some pills make you bleed less. I started taking my pills like more than a month ago and I started bleeding but little bits and the doctor said that's normal. Don't worry about it. If you have been on the pill for 7 years you won't get pregnant that easy

if you had any kind of period at all, (even if its very very light) then youre not pregnant. being on the pill causes a much lighter and shorter period then normal.

a lighter than normal period can be causes by any number of reasons, if youve been on a new diet, excessive physical activity or some kind of nutrient deficiancy.

i had a friend who's period became extreamly light (only a few spot in her panties) one month when she started a drastic new diet.

if it continues next month, go to a doctor to be safe, but i think youre probably fine, and not pregnant

You should get a test, the over the counter ones aren't very accurate until about week 3 or 4, so either wait it out till then, or go see the doctor.
