Well yeah... Unless your breasts are already hanging below your belly button, then they are considered to be in your lower body... hahahahaha

The answer is yes and no. Depends on what you mean by losing weight. If you just want to lose a few pounds here and there they will pretty much stay the same. They will get slightly smaller but depending on how extream you want to lose your upper body weight will/can depend.

If you lose massive amounts of weight then yes they will get a cup or 2 size smaller. If you just want to lose a few pounds, they will get small, but not a cup size or anything.

That is possible, most of you brest tissue is body fat. But it really depends on what your cup size is now, and how much wait you plan on loosing. Also, if you are still growing there may be no noticable change in your breasts.
