I wake up in the morning with the usual tired feeling everyone gets, but it never goes away. Is there vitimins or something I should be eatting or drinking in the morning to wake me up. Exercise and coffee not an option...... Any help out there?

I recently started using tampons. When I took it out, I felt a sharp, stinging pain. I was more surprised than actually pained, but still, it is unpleasant. I was just wondering if this is normal--maybe it has something to do with the hymen? The tampon was pretty saturated, so it didn't have anything to do with dryness.

Today my doctor informed me that she thought i had polycystic ovarian syndrome as well as metabolic syndrome. Apparently they go hand in hand. She didnt really tell me anything about either one, how it should be treated.. or even what either of of them are really. Can anyone give me any info on either or any person experiences they would like to share? Also she did say the first treatment is birthcontrol, which in my case has not helped and she said we have to move on to a diffrent treatment.. but she didnt say what.. Just that she would call me.

why is it that some womens vagina lips are black but they are light skinned. either white or mexican. What causes their lips to get black? like a discolored dark brown. i don't know it's weird.

I have used it for about a year now, I always put plenty of it around my groin, to make sure I am completely dry after my daily showers. I always shower twice a day am/pm. My hubby says that I shower too much, I should shower in the morning and then have a good all over wash at night.

Ive noticed a small bump on the inside lip of the vag. Its sore, and I think its probably an ingrown hair from shaving all the time. It has no color, it's just a bump with soreness. Could it possibly be something else?

I had a colposcopy done and the results showed a high grade lesion suggesting carcinoma-in-situ. I know that is a very serious precancer. I have to go for a cone biopsy?? I am curious if anyone knows the survival rate for cervical cancer if that is indeed what the biopsy shows. Also does having a hysterectomy cure cervical cancer?? It is an option for me depending on the cone biopsy results??
