why is it that some womens vagina lips are black but they are light skinned. either white or mexican. What causes their lips to get black? like a discolored dark brown. i don't know it's weird.

Unless they tan,,,which is probably not the case,,,it would be du to genetics same as the color of your nipples,,or guys penis.
