I would get it looked at anyway just to make sure, but I used to get that to. It has no color and is a small hard ball. It could be an ingrown hair or ingrown pimple. or both. Try squeezing it to let the pus out. It is gonna hurt the first few times you do it but once it pops it will feel so much better in an instant. Good luck

If its an ingrown hair, and you do pop it, it may still come back. I did this and it came back, went to the doctor and they had to lance it and take out the surrounding sack. It forms a cyst in a sack and unless you get all of it, it will continue to bother you. So just go to the doctor.

no, it's an ingrown hair. I had that happen and it got big and started to hurt like hell. I kept trying to "pop" it and finally the hair came out. You're Ok. It's normal.

If it is sore, Tingling, burning, it may be a symptom of an STD, specifically Herpes Type ll.
A simple test done at your primary physicians office will provide an accurate Diagnosis.
If you do not have a primary care physician then your local community Health Department will provide testing at little to no cost to you

It can be a pimple, ingrown hair as you stated or if it gets red, and larger then I'd suggest to have it checked out.

I think you are right about ingrown hair. Tomorrow take a needle to it and pop it. Then wash good and carry on.
