Dryness can be a problem at any age and really doesn't have much to do with sexual excitement as much as it has to do with hormonal changes in your body either natural ones or changes made by whatever drugs you may be taking.
There are several good remedies:
AstroGlide: Strawberry is my favorite! I have been using it for so long that smalling strawberries at the market is a major turn on...lol
Moisturizers (Replens, Lubrin). Vaginal moisturizers help moisturize your vagina and last longer than lubricants do; they may decrease dryness for up to three days with a single application.
Frequency: some moisture remains in the vagina as a contribution from the male. Take advantage of this by having sex more often! 2-3 times a day say in the morning, at noon and at night will keep you ready for the next time!
Some alternative therapies that have been suggested for treating vaginal dryness include isoflavones, black cohosh and wild yam. However, there's no convincing evidence that any of these therapies are effective. More research is necessary to determine the safety and effectiveness of these approaches for treating vaginal dryness.
Avoid certain products
Though you may be willing to try just about anything to relieve your discomfort, avoid using the following products to treat vaginal dryness, because they may irritate your vagina:
* Vinegar, yogurt or other douches
* Hand lotions
* Soaps
* Bubble baths

It's normal. With women it is very emotional...so you could maybe be nervous about it or not really enjoying it so you will dry up. Also, are you taking birth control pills? I had the same problem as you, and when I finally stopped taking them...OMG....let's just say I was the opposite of dry...lol.

It is pretty normal your body only produces a certain amount of lube on it's own. Believe it or not 30 minutes is a long time. Get some KY and enjoy yourself.

It sound as though you could be a little anxious when you and your boyfriend have sex because sexual excitement is what makes you lubricated. Maybe you should try more foreplay beforehand to get you in a comfortable sexy mood xx

It can happen. It can be nerves, even though you don't feel nervous, it can be unconscious, and the more you think on it, the worse it will become. Use lube. Some women simply don't produce as much as others. I use lube, it's brilliant!

each woman differs one to the next
there is no "normal" to compare yourself to another and feel bad about
I noticed the more turned on my lover is, the more she lubes up and becomes less inhibited and then wears me out
try a bit more fore play and lots more carressing, adulations and ask him to give plenty of massaging before and during, and if you want to keep it goin, after
