Could you possibly have arthritis? An x-ray would show whether you do. It may be that you need to get some exercise. There are some exercises that you can do at your desk. You might want to see a physical therapist. They help people with exercises for things that hurt.

Bikram Yoga would help.

Since you are sitting all day, you need to exercise all your ligaments and muscles. Bikram Yoga does this very well and anyone can do it. All you have to do is work hard :-)
