The normal range of estrogen in women varies widely. Age changes the normal level. Pregnancy and menopause change the normal level. Estrogen-containing contraceptives change the normal level. It also depends greatly on when in a woman's monthly cycle the sample is drawn. Also, there is lab to lab variability so one lab may report a normal range that is slightly different than another lab's. Finally, there are several different estrogens in the blood so it depends on which one you are talking about.

If you are talking about estradiol during the follicular phase, which you probably are, then the normal averages are as follows (given in picomoles per liter) and you'd have to check with the specific lab to which you send a sample to determine their 95% confidence interval (the technical term for normal range) --

Age 20-29:149
Age 30-39: 210
Age 40-44: 152
Age 45-49: 130
