I wake up in the morning with the usual tired feeling everyone gets, but it never goes away. Is there vitimins or something I should be eatting or drinking in the morning to wake me up. Exercise and coffee not an option...... Any help out there?

Get a proper diet into you. Fresh fruit, excercise and the right food will help you enormously. Going to bed at more reasonable time and getting the right amount of sleep will also help.
So there you have it. Diet, exercise, sleep and drink plenty of water. Even a moderate amount of exercise will help. If you have a physical disability, a physio will prescribe an excercise program to suit you. Everyone can do some amout of excercise.
Coffee won't help, Caffiene is a drug and will stimulate you but leave you down after it has worn off, as with most drugs.
Go see your MD and get him to prescribe a program that will help also is an option.
Good luck
That should fix your problem.
Let me know how it goes.

Green Tea has caffiene but before I was diagnosed with ADHD and I am now taking adderall, I began taking Provigil which is for narcalepsy. Basically stimulates your central nervous system and wakes you for an extended period of time.
Otherwise I got this new device that just came out for brainwave stimulation called DAVID pal. It is from the company Mind Alive and can be used for most any situation...look it up it is amazing stuff. It will help you so much!

Vitamin B complex supposedly gives you energy as well as carbohydrates. I heard that eating an apple wakes you up better than a coffee! Oh, and drink water too! Being dehydrated is the #1 cause of fatigue!

I don't know anything about your lifestyle, but maybe you should generally try to stick to a healthier diet? If you're a vegetarian, try iron and zinc, maybe you have a low blood pressure.
Of course it could also be your sleep. If you have sleeping problems (troubles falling or staying asleep), you should maybe see a doctor.
It could also be a medical problem, but as far as I know, is this disease a very very very rare condition (unfortunately I can't remember the name).
I hope, you feel better soon!

An apple. More efficient in waking you up in the morning than coffee.

exercise isn't an option? are you paralized and can't move? exercise is the biggest thing that will help besides proper nutrition and drinking lots of water.
