I always fall asleep around eleven and i was up around 1 unable to go back to sleep. Sometimes i dont go back to sleep until 3 am. Whats wrong? are there any ways to fall asleep fast and stay asleep? Tommorow is the first day of school and i have to wake up at 5 am....so im in need of some quality sleep...

What all do doctors tests for when they do blood tests? I had tests done yesterday and they called me back with the first set of results yesterday. However they didn't call me today and the results were suppose to come and now the office is closed. Is that a bad thing? I'm really worried......If something were wrong would they delay giving me my results......? Experiences would be nice

ok my mom wants to take me to a gyn,but i refuse to go because i dont really like going to the doctor.Besides i've never been before in my life and i really dont want to start now. But my periods have been very irregular since 2004. I'm 16 and i started my cycle when i was 10 i know that they should have regulated by know but i don't see why i have to go to the doctor for that. But just so you know i'm not sexually active in any kind of way but as for my periods they have been off and on and very heavy and painful every since 2004. Like for two months i will have 2 to 3 periods in those months then the next time i wont have any then it just keeps going on like that. Also they are very heavy in that i have to change a pad every hour and they are so painful that i will miss a day of school. Medicine doesn't really help them at least the over-the-counter drugs dont. But i'm very private and i dont want anyone looking at me down ther i dont even let my pediatrician look. What should i do?

I am going to USA for an exchange program, and I don´t know if i can find there the pills I am used to take (gestoden 60mcg + etinilestradiol 15mcg). Do I need a prescription to buy them? Should I take some pills in my baggage (so that I can use them while I will be there)? Won´t I have problems if I take them this way?

i see Q`s here for ppl really believe that there is some thing wrong with them, and they ask it here, ppl tell them they should see a doctor ( the appropriate one for there situation ).
and you can never know if they went to the doctor or not !
its just i am a person and i really take good care of my self and if i notice any thing wrong with me i either call the doctor or if it really worries me i would go to the doctor ! and that the normal thing to do i think ?

so what is it ? is it they don't trust doctors ? they need some support ? they worry its not worth it ? i really wanna know ???
