You can go to Planned Parenthood and get it for free. They do ask for a donation (that is not mandatory- but very generous for their services)

I'm not sure about stipulations if you are not a US resident though.

yes you do, if you don't where you're from, why don't you get some extra there...tell your dr you'll be out of the country and need to have a bigger supply
