I always fall asleep around eleven and i was up around 1 unable to go back to sleep. Sometimes i dont go back to sleep until 3 am. Whats wrong? are there any ways to fall asleep fast and stay asleep? Tommorow is the first day of school and i have to wake up at 5 am....so im in need of some quality sleep...

GOOD LUCK with school, ok I had the some problem and I have been out of school since 1982 sooo my problem was STRESS which my be your problem since you are starting school is this a new school? are you concerned about new friends? clear your mind before you go to bed their could something in your sub consciousness that you may not be aware of which was my problem once I talked about them to a True Friend now I'm sleeping well and soundly, I really hope that you get some sleep so that you will be awake in school and do very well in your grades. It is very important to fiqure out why you are waking up and not falling back to sleep "their is a problem just fiqure it out" go on line and look up articles regarding STRESS and see if any apply to you, if so talk to your parents or some else you can confide in. TAKE ABOUT 3 TABLESPOONS OF NYQIL BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP. THAT'S LESS THAN THE RECOMMENDED DOSE AND IT MAKES ME SLEEP FOR 6 HOURS, AND FEEL REFRESHED WHEN I GET UP. YOU MIGHT NEED MORE OR LESS, BUT TRY IT.
