Boy do I wish I had that problem. Want some of mine?
You should eat a healthy diet, and add on some extra calories with protein shakes. Then, believe it or not, exercise to build up you muscles. Actually, you might not really need to gain weight so much as tone what you actually have (just a guess).

Just eat, but not too much of course. Eat lots of carbs and reduce physical activity (funny I'm saying the exact opposite to you that I do to other people on here) and just sit back and relax, it'll literally come naturally!
Oh, and the best meal to gain weight is mac+cheese+Spam, the newest meal of colleges everywhere. Cook up a batch of M+C, slice up a thing of Spam, fry the Spam, and put into M+C. Greatest meal ever considering I had it on a deserted island.

You have a perfect figure at that weight. But for 5 extra pounds, replace one glass of water with a chocolate milkshake. In one month, if you follow this everyday, you'lll have those 5 pounds.

eat an extra 500 calories a day... just eat a banana-- they have a 100 calories--- and a bit of cashews... that's what i read in a magazine... don't eat the fatty foods-- fried foods, fast foods, junk food, etc.-- and try to get in the healthy calories with fruits and stuff... it takes 3500 calories to gain a pound... good luck!
