Try keeping your face clean, face masks and cleansers, things like that. ( Spot cream could help to ) Make sure your eating healthy foods, something you aren't allergic to. Its probably just a reaction to the stress of your life at the moment, and also because you have stopped smoking, it should go away in a few weeks, if not maybe see your doctor. Make sure you're getting plenty of sleep, water.
Good luck hope this helps! *^_^*
P.S. Thats really great that you stopped smoking, you should be proud. Keep it up!

The smoking helped you to deal with the stress. What you have is most likely a stress rash. See a dermatologist. A dr. can prescribe something to keep you from getting infections. In the meanwhile, try and find out what you are stressed about and see if you can remedy the source(s) of your stress.
Don't use this as an excuse to return to your dangerous addictive habit. Smoking kills.

Hi. Its the fact that your body is no longer getting the drug that it used to. It sounds strange but when you stop smoking your body finds time to get rid of the toxins that have been built up in your body. People think that when they stop they will become healthy and glowing straight away but your body is fighting againt the stuff that is inside you and trying to get it out, hence your spots.
Dont worry the spots will go , I promise. Just let them be they will pass. In the mean time just dont smoke again.

I am not sure what they may be, but it sounds like hives. Try some plain (no fruit) yogurt with active cultures or some antifungal lotion or cream. If it is a fungal reaction to the lack of nicotine, then these will take care of it.
You may want to contact your doctor though, because it does not sound normal.
Check out www.hufa.org - the symptoms link, and see what other symptoms you may have. Smoking can be one way a body copes with low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).

Your body is conditioning to the fact that you no longer smoke, this is because you are most likely stressed out. Find a new habit, a healthy one, that will relieve your stress.
Hopefully this will be the answer you were looking for, if not visit your doctor!
Goodluck.

I suffer from adult acne if i may call it that and i make home make smoothies as the dermatologist told me its good for the skin as it does not block my skin pores with excess oils from food, he went on to recommend that i use an oil control moisturiser by nivea which you can buy at boots.Try to limit the intake of oily food and keep your skin clean. Its a known fact smokers cant just go cold turkey they have to gradually build up to it using patches and gum whilst smoking and then wean off.

It could be that your smoking did not allow all the impurities flush out of your system and now it's surfacing and will continue to until it's all out. One really good flare up is what most people experience and then a gradual disappearance.

I think it is just a start of all the impurities in your body that were caused by smoking coming out. If you are really worried then speak to your doctor.

this is just your body reacting to the loss of nicotine. its goin nuts because you're depriving it of something that it thinks it needs. you're body is also producing major amounts of hormones due to stress, and making your skin go crazy. just dont let your face dry out. keep putting lotion if it itches and or hurts from dryness.
