Ok, if you're sexually active and you haven't started your period, is that ok? i have a cousin who is 16 and hasn't started but already had sex (yeah i know, a little too young) but is that ok?

Your cousin should go to a doctor or to family planning. She should have an examination and then receive counseling. She needs to know that there is nothing physically wrong with her.
It would be best if she were not sexually active at her age. but since she is, the counselor would advise her on how to protect herself from STD's and teen pregnancy.

Moral issues aside, she can still get pregnant, even if she has not started menstruating yet! Other than the possible STD's and psychological effects of multiple lifetime partners, there are no known bad effects of sex at a young age.
(And, no, I don't condone sex before marriage)

Never a stupid question, yeah its okay she just hasn't matured to that extent yet, some women don't menstrate till there 17.

Well, she does run the risk of contracting an STD, and just because you don't bleed doesn't mean you're not ovulating-she could still get pregnant.

Yes, what's the problem? As long as she is using condoms (against STDs and in case her periods start... because it will be unexpected)

you can have sex even though you dont have your period. She is actully lucky if she is very active because all that means is she cannot get pregnant.

Yes as long as she is using a condom. You can get pregnant and not have your period because you ovulate.
