Is dis flu ormalaria..i went to my pharmacy 3 days ago and i was given night nurse.It has helped a bit.Although i booked an appointment to see my GP on monday to confirm if its malaria or flu.Do u think i shud wait till monday or go to the pharmacy for more advice?.

Whats so bad about taking an anti-depressent medicine!Why do people take it so seriously and critisize them about it?Its stupid cuz it isnt like yur on crazy pills or something!I happen to be taking an anti-depressent medicine and my best friend said she was recommended to do the same but she refused because she didnt want people to think she was crazy!
Its just that some people get stressed more easily and these are supposed to help you feel less stressed and to help you relax.right?

ok i havnet eaten alot to day and its late and am starting to get sick but im not hungry and i think its because i didnt eat much but i dont want to eat so much i throw up if i eat to much when im sick like this should i eat or should i not?

preferably at somewhere like walgreens or cvs, a place with medicines, go in, find it, buy it and be done. if anyone knows of a place where you can, that would be GREAT!!!

I'm on vacation around Denver right now and am hating it. The high elevation (!5,000 ft.) makes me get bad headaches along with running out of breath very easily/my heart racing while doing simple things like climbing a flight of stairs. If you have any advice, please help me out.

I'll feel good in the morning but then i feel worn out when the afternoon hits and I always need to take a nap. After I take a nap I feel good again usually. Why do I feel like this. Is it normal to always need to nap?

I dont know how to explain this but what is it called when people start to say blunt stuff. To clear things up for example my moms uncle had cancer and 2 days before his death he starts to remember people who are dead and starts to recite their name or stuff like this. Now my grandppa has pneumonia and my father calls and tells my mom he is saying things like If i survive through this day i will survive or etc. Like they start acting weird and all. Not to be cruel. But what is this? Is this an indicator of anything. I know they gave him sedatives, etc.

I woke up this morning and felt SO sick to my stomach. It keeps coming in waves and I have a feeling I'm getting sick. :( What are some ways to reduce nausea?

Also, this may sound silly, but is there a way to stop myself from becoming sick or to allow it to pass as quickly as possible? Is it better to keep eating well and moving around or better to just get some rest?

Friends of my parents live about 10 blocks from us. Since they are away most of the time at their other house, they said my and my two sisters can use the pool in their backyard.

The problem is, since they are not home, their house is locked. This means we can't get to the bathroom when we need to pee. It's too far and too cold to run all the way back to our house.

Could we pee in the yard somewhere (it is fenced for good privacy) or even in the pool?

I babysat the day before yesterday and the whole family had bronchitis and the baby had a cold. I have to go back and help out again tomorrow and i need the money right now. Im feeling a little sick i took some vitamins and an aleve to help me but my throat hurts and my head hurts and im tired so how do i make myself feel better very very fast?

I was at a friends house today, and her daughter took one of her diet pills that was sitting on the counter, pulled the capsule apart with her teeth, then threw it on the ground. She didnt ingest all that much, but a dextroamphetamine seems pretty powerful. She called poison control, and they basically said that Toddlers usually don't swallow things if it has a foul taste. They told her to keep a close eye on her daughter and to give her syrup of ipecac. She didn't have any syrup of ipecac, so she gagged her daughter until she threw up.

Does anyone else think the poison control people handled the situation badly? Has this ever happened to anyone? Tell me what you think.

I have two kids of my own, and it worries me that poison control may not be at the top of their game. Who knows when one of my kids accidently ingests poison.

Taking zinc didn't touch this cold, and massive doses of Vit. C haven't helped either. So...I have a completely stopped up nose. I am using Afrin at night, but hate to use it for the daytime since it shortens the time you can use it. Any suggestions on what can open up my breathing???? This is miserable.

i've seen the judge shows and maury. but, why is so hard for these women to keep their legs close? or why do they even choose to have the child, knowing that (as the parent) she doesn't know who the father is?
