Woody Allen said something to the effect that he didn't want to achieve immortality through his works, he wanted to achieve it through not dying. My finite existence has been on my mind as of late. Any tips on how to extend that existence or dare I say anybody out there know how to live forever and a day?

What is detrimental to your health (if anything...) about leaving a candle burning in a room for a long time.
I don't want to know how it might burn my house, or something, I already know that :).

Sometimes when I sing and breathe into my diaphram, my stomach gurggles. My friends often laugh because they say it "sounds like a fart". It really makes it uncomfortable for me to sing. If I eat something it goes away, but I never go to sing when I'm hungry...

When i cracked my ankle bone i had enormous amount of pain, i could not walk or move at all! I had to be carried. It was the worst physical pain in my life! One slightest move would make me cry. A friend of mine broke a bone and she could walk, also i heard more experiences from people about breaking their bone and they all managed to walk. My bone almost split in half, it wasn't broken into two pieces.

I feel that a majority of questions and awnsers I have seen on this site are questions that could be asked of people's doctors, pharmacists, or nurses. Is it that people don't feel these professionals are trustworthy, don't know their qualifications or is it something else???

I have been having lots of urinary problems, feet nerveness problems, etc since my abdominal hysterectomy three months ago. I went to hospital today and got my surgery medical records and in it, the doctor said that he "accidentally" removed my cervix. He and I had a discussion 2 days before surgery that in no way did I want my cervix removed unless it was diseased, etc. I believe my urinary and feet numbness problems are related to the surgery since the urologist and neurologist ruled out anything on their end. Do you think this would be a case for a malpractice or for pain and suffering. I hate to sue but I may have to live with these conditions the rest of my life.
