This is a question I want guys to answer though.

I want four or more guys to tell me if they are double jointed or not and their family history as far back as they know double jointedness has occurred and if any current family members have it.

I know there is no thing as double jointedness but I just wanted to know who has this extra flexability, hypermobility, for a little thing I'm doing =)

I need answers asap. You don't have to be double jointed.

There is no such thing as "double jointedness." Some people are, naturally, more flexible than others, while some can stretch the connective tissue in the joints to become more flexible.

Some have greater flexibility in certain joints, but not throughout the body, such as those that can bend their thumbs down to touch the wrist.

But no one has double joints.

I am double jointed in my shoulders - my right more so than on my left. I have no other relatives that have double joints.

Perhaps I am a freak???

LOL
