because by no means of logic you associate fear and anxiety with ear pain. Get over it and stop being a worry wart

I lived with ear infections all my existence. I had distinctive surgical procedures on my ears , nostril and throat . nevertheless i'm getting yet yet another ear an infection. It has affected my listening to and my lack of ability to socialise in a noisy ecosystem. Its a real night mare and there is not any therapy !! listening to aids do no longer paintings because of the fact my ears make a good style of noise interior. like a relentless ringing or a vacuum sound that throughout no way ever is going away :(

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

It may have to do with the inner ear. I had something similar, but it didn't last.
