Last week I went to my primary doctor because I was having a lot of pain in my right side and trouble breathing. They did a chest xray and found a spot which they were concerned might be a blood clot. I was sent to the ER for CT scans. They scanned both my abdomen (in case kidney stones were causing some of the pain) and my lungs. I was told I had pneumonia and a UTI/bladder infection (which caused my fever, a high white blood cell count, and blood in my urine supposedly). I was sent home with antibiotics. I still have some pain in my back, but I'm feeling better. I just received a voicemail today from a follow up nurse in the ER saying that I need to contact her as soon as possible to discuss some "addtional results" that came back from my CT scans. Unfortunately they aren't in until Monday and I am scared out of my mind. Can anyone tell me what are some of the things it could be? Wouldn't anything serious have shown up on first review?

I can't stand crying. It makes me feel weak and sensitive. Have scientists or surgeons or anyone who have discovered how to stop people from crying forever? If not, are they getting close to finding a way??

Lately, (about two months) I've been suffering from the following symptoms. I don't know what it is. I don't think it's PMS because it's nonstop and PMS usually ends and then starts again.

Symptoms include:
-very easily agitated
-extreme tiredness
-headaches + migraines
-dizziness + feeling of vertigo
-inability to focus
-impatience
-lack of care/interest

it seems that all I want it to be left alone and sleep. Any minute of any day, whether I just woke up, or just came home from school, all I want is to go to sleep. And I think I get adequate amounts of sleep. During the week, I sleep for 7 hours/night (age 16) and during the weekends, up to 12 hours.

Any suggestions on what it could be? What can I do to make it go away?

at times, i will space out completely. and after a few minutes i will come back and be kinda like woah, wtf?
and this happened to my last night at a party. people were talking to me and i was really confused. and i was looking near a strobe light and my whole upper body was twitching and jerking. and i think this went on for about 5-10minutes and stopped when someone turned on a light.
and often at school after lunch i will walk with a friend to their class and ill get that weird confused feeling and my body will feel weird and ill start walking and looking around slow.
and i read about simplepartial seizures and parts of the brain going haywire and i feel this is hapening. it usually doesnt affect me too much, exept im kinda scared.

im 15, and in good health. i suffer from a moderate anxiety issue. not taking any medications or drugs.

For as long as I can remember, my husband and I have to have a cloth beside us after making love! I even have had to put a towel on to stop myself from leaking!

I would really appreciate serious answers to this, as although, it has never caused us problems or upsets, I am really curious to know if that is the norm

Sometimes at the end of peeing, there's air that comes out of my bladder and sounds like and explosive fart. I know it's from the urethra and not the "other hole" (I'm a female) or the ****** because I can feel the difference. There's no pain and I never know if it's going to happen until it does, meaning there's no weird pressure or air bubbles I can feel beforehand while I'm actually peeing. It's been going on for about 6 weeks. I'm setting up an appt with a Urologist but just wanted to ask anyways because my appt isn't for another few weeks. Any ideas what's going on? Has any other chicks out there experienced this?

I have a dull ache in the area of my left hip joint. I also consistently have some pain in my abdomen near that area but I don't know if that is related to the hip pain. I feel it throughout the day but it seems to get worse at night, especially if I lay on my right side. It helps the pain if I turn to my left side but it is not alleviated completely. If I turn on my back the pain is slightly more intense than if I am on my left side and the abdominal pain is more noticeable. It does not hurt for me to move my hip, in fact it seems to hurt the most when I am sitting or lying down. I have tried the maximum dosage of Ibuprofen which seems to do nothing for the pain. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate the pain as a 6 at its greatest intensity. It is what I would imagine an arthritic ache to feel like but I'm not sure of that. Does anyone know what is causing this?

In other words - do other companies start selling their versions the day after the exclusivity expires or is it just then that they start working on creating their own version and we can find cheaper versions on the shelf only, say, few years later?
I am specifically wondering about "Imiquimod",
Thanks,
