Sometimes at the end of peeing, there's air that comes out of my bladder and sounds like and explosive fart. I know it's from the urethra and not the "other hole" (I'm a female) or the ****** because I can feel the difference. There's no pain and I never know if it's going to happen until it does, meaning there's no weird pressure or air bubbles I can feel beforehand while I'm actually peeing. It's been going on for about 6 weeks. I'm setting up an appt with a Urologist but just wanted to ask anyways because my appt isn't for another few weeks. Any ideas what's going on? Has any other chicks out there experienced this?

Some bacteria produce gas, but I don't think that is your problem. You may have a vesico-vaginal or a vesico-rectal fistula, a connection from the bladder to the vagina or to the rectum. The former is more common if you have had one ore more children, especially if they were large at birth.

I would say that you have a bladder infection. Pressure from the bacteria that produce gas from digesting your cells will build up and be released when the elasticity of your urethral membrane is exceeded.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/NcZab
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.
