I want to know whether the same prescription medicine will cost the same or different in stores like Target, Walmart, CVC if the insurance do not covers the medicine prescribed. Also wants to know whether doctors get any commission from Pharmacy stores on prescribing any medicines when the similar variation are already available on the shelves?

Yes, prescription medication may have different prices because you pay a fee to have them filled, and these fees can be different at different stores.
As far as doctors getting commission, no, but pharmaceutical reps provide incentives for doctors to prescribe their medication over other brands. (these incentives are very strong, like trips)

Doctors do not get a commission from a prescription being filled. Most times they do not even though if the prescription was filled or not.
The cost is different because of the actual drug price. There are variances in what the store pays for a drug. There is also a woefully low dispensing fee, less than $5 in most cases. It costs between $8 and $10 to fill a prescription independent of drug.

I find that Walmart is normally the cheapest....but you can call them and ask before going, they will give you the prices. Sometimes too calling the smaller hole in the wall places is even cheaper
