Have you tried seeing a nutritionist about your diet?
Anxiety and mental problems that can't be solved through normal medical treatment can sometimes (tho not always) be solved by herbal or alternative methods, such as a vegan diet, lot's of exercise (running is good as is swimming) and 3 litres of water every day.
Additionally, you need to try and get more into a social lifestyle - this is a challenge perhaps, but meeting other people for a game of badminton or squash, a beer or even just a cup of tea might start you on the way....
But the first step is to see your doctor, and have him check what medication you are on - as it seems to not be working for you
Then you need to find out what is the cause of your anxiety -then it can be solved - that's why a psychiatrist is normally recommended by your doctor ...
Good luck - I hope this helps in some small way.

I have it and i feel absolute **** in my case my joints hurt, I'm constantly tired and that has leaded me to depression. I do have times that I'm on the go full of energy and that is Hyper mobility Syndrome and NO their not connected very few people -may I say that we're the lucky ones- experience both. Chronic Fatigue is awful but with changes to your diet, massages, small every day goals and counseling you will get better with time. All the best x ps please remember everyone is different and you may experience some symptoms worse or at all

Take steps to releave it. You are doing some of that by this now. Remove to the dumpster things you know are not good for you or anyone. Read, and that good stuff. Consult with me more. Notify Powers(Landlord, Police) about things or persons that concern you but have not acted upon. Consult authorities(Pastors) about your circumstances and concerns. You are doing that but I suppose I AM not close. The Bible says a friend near is better than a brother far away.

Force yourself to exercise (it releases pheromones that make you happier and healthier) which will become a pleasant hobby before you know it, and live a healthy lifestyle.
Eat healthy. Rest well. Keep busy. Meditate and remember the exercises too.
Do something for others each day, even if it is only a phone call to a shut in. It is more blessed to give than to receive. It warms your heart to be able to bless others.
Are you a praying person? God LOVES you, and is always there with you. Turn to One who loves you more than any human ever can.

You aren't going to do anything without a psychiatrist or psychologist's help. If you are unhappy with your current provider, try a new one. Also, maybe you could try some alternative therapies (like acupuncture, massage, yoga) to cope with the anxiety IN ADDITION TO therapy.

Get your doctor to see if your local university has a mood disorders clinic for anxiety. They use a team approach rather than a one on one to get over your fear. Examples of this would be like if you have a fear of getting a heart attack while excercising, they would strap you to an EKG while on a treadmill to help you get over that fear. You might benefit more from a support group too run on an outpatient basis at your local hospital too.

You have the wrong therapist, aren't doing your work with the therapist or haven't considered the right medication. seeing a therapist isn't a quick fix but it shouldn't take more than a few months to get this under control You'll need to look at your family: genetics, attitudes, behaviors, etc.
We have the family to thank for so many things! Anyway, do keep working with a therapist. There's no reason to give up on this.

I understand your fears here! I know that zanax helps me with my anxiety, and I have had since I was probably in my teens I guess. You may also want to stay away from alot of sugar and caffiene type of beverages!
