I have stopped buying cigarettes 5 days ago but am still suffering a bit. I want to use Allen Carr's book but it says that it is essential that i smoke until I finish the book? Should I just buy another pack and read it? Or is it still effective to just go ahead and read it without? Thanks for your help!

life and have been told by a doc that they were panic attacks. Until recently they were seldom but recently i have been experiencing them every day. I actually went to the ER last week because I got so scared and couldn't breath and got real hot and sweaty and almost passed out. They did a EKG and chest X-RAY and a blood test ( for clots?) and all came back normal. It has never been this bad and i'm a little worried about what to do next. I am pretty healthy 135, 5'3 and 24ys/o. I did have a c-section with my 1st but no other health problems or history. I am on no meds and never have been. My dad says he also has this sort of pain sometimes he is 47. My grandparents are still alive but my greatg's did have some heart and cancer history. The pain is on the left side breast about 1 inch left of the breastbone and lasts anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes and feels like a sharp pull when i breath in or out. Especially when i breath deeply, i don't think it's anxeity all input is greatly apprecia

Last year I had successful surgery for epilepsy. Trouble is recently the daughter of a woman I work with died from epilepsy. Too much of her brain was damaged to operate on and therefore she would just have to suffer.
Also another person who I knew who had seizures has also died. He went into a major seizure and have sever shut down on his organs. So I feel guilty as I'm now able to control my seizures with drugs but others I know of have died :(.

Yesterday...i had this really weird sensation, numbness like feeling along my entire left leg. It occurred when i was sitting normally on a chair. I had to stand up move about, then it became better. But as the night went on, sitting or standing, i still felt this weird numbness on my left leg though it was mild. I had it even when i slept.

I woke up the next day, the numbess had gone on my left leg. But now, my left arm started to feel like its nerve has been pressed on. The feelling starts from elbow through to all my fingers, being the last finger having the most weird sensation.

I'm very worried about this, i went to the physio today, did abit of stretching and stuff, still didn't clear the problem. old. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

I'm not being pro or anti drugs here, I'm just saying it seems foolish that they wouldn't even check to make sure they're recieving the right person's urine. I know people who pee for their friends so they don't get in trouble. Don't the people doing the testing realize it's a waste of their time and efforts if they don't even DNA test?

lately i've been unconciously having what seems to be suicidal thoughts...there will be times where i'll be daydreaming about something, but all of a sudden, it turns into something where i end up grabbing a pair of sharp scissors, or a knife with a serrated edge, and i slit my own throat or wrists, or stab myself in the neck. i sit there in my daydream, and basically think of ways to kill myself with a sharp object. why am i doing this? i have a pretty decent life, i'm not depressed, and i have no intention of ever offing myself. why do i have these thoughts? and is this healthy?
