Plz help!!!!!!!!!!! Please???? lump behind my ear...?

Question

I have a lump behind my ear and my ear has been hurting... like stabbing pains... whats mostly concerning me is the lump, since i am going to Virginia city tommorrow... do i stay and go to the doctors today or go and go to the doctors on monday?

this could be a lymph node, just sit tight and see a doctor if it persists or worsens, or if you develope any new symptoms, good luck
