Yesterday...i had this really weird sensation, numbness like feeling along my entire left leg. It occurred when i was sitting normally on a chair. I had to stand up move about, then it became better. But as the night went on, sitting or standing, i still felt this weird numbness on my left leg though it was mild. I had it even when i slept.

I woke up the next day, the numbess had gone on my left leg. But now, my left arm started to feel like its nerve has been pressed on. The feelling starts from elbow through to all my fingers, being the last finger having the most weird sensation.

I'm very worried about this, i went to the physio today, did abit of stretching and stuff, still didn't clear the problem. old. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

-i'm 25 yrs old
-i'm not diabetic
-i don't feel headaches,nausea

Get to a doctor. Age makes no difference. Could be something as easy as a pinched nerve or worse as a stroke.

You may need a general physical. You could be anemic and there is not enough oxygen going through your body. Like the other person said, you need you vitamin Bs. Get the B complex with C in the vitamin section
You could be overworked and tired. Play sports?
It is best to go to the doctor with symptoms like that. Sleeping it off is bad. I knew someone who had a stroke at 24. Dont think that heart disease is confined with age.
Physiotherapy is probably the last thing you should do, after everything else that needs checking out.
Dont second guess, see a doctor.

I would STRONGLY recommend seeing a chiropractor. Sounds like a nerve is probably being pinched in your lower back which is fairly common. Stretch before you go to work/school and before you go to bed. I'm sure this will help. I'm 95% sure that going to a chiropractor will fix you right up. Make sure that you go to a chiropractor though that does x-rays so that he can properly diagnose what you need just in case the treatment would need to be more serious. Good luck!
