Obviously when some people drink it can cause violence. does anyone know a website that tells what the alcohol does to the brain for someone to cause violence

I don't know of any websites, but I used to be in a relationship with an alcoholic and I did some research by going to google or yahoo and put alcoholism on the search engine. I would advise you to use the same words: Alcohol and violence on the search engine and it should come up with a lot of information.
