I have been smoking it often for over a year. Please don't tell me I shouldn't, I already have and I have my reasons, I'm beyond that now. I have a perfect job offer on the table and I need to pass a urine test. I know flushing with liquids alone will not work as it is stored in the fat cells.
I may possibly have a week before I am tested.
What can I take to pass this test?
Your recommendations are very much appreciated.

I have sleep apnea...or atleast I think I do. People tell me that when I sleep, I stop breathing for awhile and make noises like I am choking. Is this sleep apnea? And if it is, does it cause headaches throughout the day? Because I have headaches almost everyday and I can't think of what causes them.

I was recently in a car accident on May 2. I broke my fibula (closer to my ankle) in four places and my tibia right down around my ankle. I recieved surgery the very next day and have about two or three metal plates with screws in them.

I got my staples out about 6 days ago and right after that I began to get this intense cramping/tighness pain in my calf. Its not even close to my problem area which contains the plates.

I went for a vascular test today and found out that I had no clots. Does this sound like muscle cramping? What should I do? What are signs or systems of cramping?

Anything to relieve the pain would be great.....and I cant move my leg, so exercising it wont help.

PLEASE HELP

Thanks

This summer....I'm deciding to end my drug use. But first I must try a drug I have been wanting to try for a long time. This Drug happens to be LSD.

My mind is generally a good mind. I have bad days, but who doesnt. I will choose a day were my mood is good and ill be around my closest 2 of my close friends, 2 good friends, and one really good aquantaince who is a fun guy to be around.

I'll either be in my own home, or a very nice place around nature with birds chirping and a river with all those peaceful outdoor sounds.

Questions:
1. I know the trip will not last forever and will not drive me insane. But the possibility of Schitzophrenia is there. Can you live a normal life with schitz if it does occur? and usually how bad does acid make it?

2. Should I take a full hit or half a hit? I have had experience with Cannabis before and have felt the effects somwhat overpowering in my first few times trying it.

3. sound like a good plan?

4. Good overview of what to expect?

The government (NIH) is trying to setup new tech for connecting patients and doctors. I belive that a company that gives doctors the servers, network, and PC tablets (for an affordable monthly fee) to hold their medical records could be combined with regional servers that back-up doctors data and connect them with labs, insurance companies, pharmacy, and the patient.

I would like to lead this effort now, it does not take billions of dollars to "research" a secure EMR system, it can be done now, I just don't have the backing but I have the vision.

The most important component of the network is mining the data (securely and with privacy) and making the database smart enough to correlate symptoms with conditions and medications.

User could be government agencies (CDC, etc.) and local government to ward off everything from an epidemic to, god forbid, some type of biological attack.

OK I have two questions. For 1: I want to do aerobic exercises but without using my legs, due to an injury. Any ideas? Swimming is not an option as there is NO facility in my area. For 2: I ma trying to remove scar tissue underneath my skin. I read an article which talked about using ice to numb, then massaging the area, then using heat to promote blood flow, but this has caused immense pain!!! Any ideas on how to get the scar tissue alleviated, which in turn I think will decrease the pain..??

It seems everyday right at around 3:30 or 4:00 I hit an energy dificiency. This tired/lazy feeling makes me unmotivated to go to class right after work, since all I want to do crawl into bed and take a 3 hour nap. Any crative ideas on how I can perk up with our resorting to energy drinks that just make my heart hurt?

I broke up with my Fiance who i've been seeing for two years. I then got together with another girl, two months later, and she broke up with me as well... after both break-ups i fell into a depression, and by the second, the rebound girl, I feel into a suicidal depression. I went to a counsaler and he told me that he would call me to make an appointment but never did... so he abandoned me. But ever since then I have been so angry. I have been angry before, we all have, but I have never lost control or even hit someone in anger. I'm losing it though.... for the past 4 months I have been living with this gigantic rage inside.... and I'm not sure how to control it anymore. I say things I don't mean to people, hurt people... and at the same time, I think i'm falling under a suicidal depression again. I'm going to see another counsaler to get help for myself... but how does someone get through something like this? How do they control their anger? I feel helpless. i'm 20. I dunno wat 2 do.

Now, one of my two best friends is a hypochondriac. Although I love being with her and being her friend, her hypochondriasness (sp??) is starting to bug me. Numerous trips to the doctor, (at least once a week). Always claiming shes got a cold, or she pulled a muscle, or slipped over. Well, a month or so ago it got onto broken bones.
Last yeah, she went over her ankle while stepping of the bus. After many missed periods of school, cat scans and MRI's it tunred out she chipped the end of a bone and it had healed awkwardly. I have broken my arm 3 times myself and I know what its like. I've just spent the last 2 weeks listening to her talking about how she wants surgery and she said she'll feel "in" if she gets it. And yesterday she found out she needed surgury. Everyone at school is all "OMG ----- broke her ankle" and damn she's loving the attention. I really think I have to say something, please give me yours opinions because im just reaching my limit with this bullshit.
thanks
