i cant do it!! how can i learn to??! ! iv been practising for a week & i still cant do it! arghhh!

I think Danie's description is close, but not quite accurate. You don't really want to slide them together...you want to essentially have your middle finger blocking the thumb from going back to its original position. There should be a bit of force applied. Then >quickly< push the thumb back to position while relaxing the middle finger a bit.
This pressure plus quick action should be enough to make the noise.

wow...I think the only thing you can do is practice, practice, practice...
also you might not have enough friction on your fingers...if you have lotion or oil on them it might not work...try rubbing a little dirt on them and then practicing...

TAKE YOUR MIDDLE AND THUMB SLIDE IT TOGETHER AND IT WILL MAKE A LITTLE NOISE.
