See i can't go to sleep at night, but during the day i be really sleepy .So it is very hard to concentrate in class

As I'm trying to sleep and I'm in that half awake half sleep stage or am already sleeping, sometimes my boyfriend who can't sleep will bug me or wake me up. He will like put his arm around me or his leg on top of my legs or rub my leg or stomach. These little touches don't even feel good, they just feel wierd like I'm extra sensitive so then I get really crabby. Why am I so sensitive by touch when I'm trying to sleep or get woken up?

I had a back injury and got prescribed Norco 10/325 and when my back got better I stopped taking them but lost that euphoric type feeling from them. I craved that feeling so I would take a few now and then but that transpired into a daily thing. I'm a pretty big guy at 6'3" 220 lbs. so it takes 2 and a half of those to get that feeling but that's it. My reason for the question is I now look forward to and feel like a kid in a candy store when I get to take them. I have heard of people taking 10-15 of these things a day and I am nowhere near that limit but in your opinions is it okay to dabble in em a little bit for that feeling I crave? I am in now way an addict but wonder if it could get worse. It's been consistent for about 2 years now.

I am thinking about starting a business that sells automatic bathroom door openers, using the sensors like the sinks or flushers. You'd just wave your freshly-washed hands in front of the sensor and the exit door would open without you having to touch the door-handle that the 17 people who went before you had already touched. I'm interested to know how many people think the public restroom door handles are gross, and whether you think an item like this is worthwhile. Thanks for your responses!

I am taking 20 mg. of Lexapro in the morning and 50 mg. of Desyrl in the evening. I just started the Desryl. I wake up jittery and foggy in the brain. I am on night three. Will this subside?
Any expierience out there with this?

I'm not anymore depressed than I have been. I spend most of my days watching tv, going to the movies or in bed w/my laptop. My boyfriend is starting to get mad I'm sleeping so much. Night before last I slept from midnight til 8am, 12-4 and 11-5.. now I'm awake for a few hours.

It's been 3 years now and i still cant control my bladder (there is no warning) it has gotten a LITTLE bit better and i still feel tingling in my legs. I gotta make this as breif as possible to make it all fit.
It started with a headache like ive never felt before. I went to Dr. about it & was presc. tension headache med. 2 days later the headache didnt let up and i was in so much pain and so miserable. I went back to the doc. thought it was a migrane maybe. got a diff. med. I suffered for 3 more days..i was disorineated (sp?) i noticed that night that i couldnt go pee even though i felt like i had to..didnt go pee all that night. the next day i couldnt go pee either and i started to get worried. I still had the headache too. I went to the med stop this time and she drained my bladder for me and told me it was a bladder infection. pres. meds. went home...still couldnt pee...the next day i went back to the med stop again. I was in pain from my bladder. it hurt so bad. see detai

I was thinking of getting contact lenses myself but I'm not really sure. I mean does it hurt when you put them in? Is it uncomfortable? Can you play a sport with them in? Like, what if I was playing football and the ball hit me in the face, is that dangerous with contacts in?? Thanks for the help!

Please, serious answers only! Can a drastic change in environment and diet possibly cause blood to appear in stool? There's not much, just a small amount on the stool itself and enough to wipe clean with one wipe. Here's my situation: My family and I went to go visit my mother in law and she smokes. She is kind enough not to do so around me, my husband, or my children, but her house smells strongly of smoke and left smoke smell on all our clothes. I have washed them since returning home of course. Also, before visting, I have been on a mostly healthy diet, watching calories and fats and staying away from junk food. Her family doesn't do that so we ate a lot of fatty, fried, and greasy food while up there. Could this possibly the cause of the blood in my stool and how long should it clear up? There is no pain whatsoever and the stools are not abnormal. Thanks in advance!

Please answer truthfully! Are earlobe piercings (one on each earlobe) worse than bee stings? What would you compare the pain of an earlobe piercing (with an instrument/gun) with? Something common please (the comparative pain). Please help! Is it worse than a blood test because it is a thicker needle/earring post? How much worse than an injection/needle at the doctors in the upper arm?

What is the pain of an earlobe piercing on a scale (from one to ten...one being minor discomfort and ten being extreme unbearable pain)? I am in my mid teens...have wanted them pierced since I was young but was too afraid! I am fine with needles and bloodtests (they don't hurt me, on a scale probably a one for me...should I be worried about the earlobe piercings?

Hey guys, since it was the first time I used Listerine, I tried it out with like a higher bit of dosage. I think I have gargle 50ml of it and it burns my tongue seriously. Due to the burn, I may have drank some down. SInce I am a little young and light, is it possible that drinking some amount like maybe 10-15ml going to cause me to get Alcohol poisoning?

Help. My 94 yr old grandma is out of control about her clothes. She moves them constantly. Actually she makes a mess of them and then expects anyone who will to put them up. This is done while awake literally. We have taken her to the doctor and all different kinds of meds have been tried (and some still on) but none seem to change that particular behavior. We even stored some clothes in a container and put them in the garage. She had a outright anxiety attack looking for them. Personally I have tried to tell my worn out mom to consider a nursing facility. She wont hear of it. Grandma is indepentent with adl's. She does not sleep at night and hardly at all in the day time. My cousin whom gran raised came to take her for a month to her house, brought her back in a week. I dont know what to do, can't see the question i started asking either. Oh. ANYONE KNOW ANY REDIRECTING METHODS WITHOUT CAUSING HER TO GET ANGRYAND WANTING TO FIGHT AND GET REALLY MAD
