You need to tell him truthfully whats going on with you and how you feel, so he can give you what is most appropriate.

FIRST OF ALL YOU JUST ASK

BUT YOU ARE ASKING HOW TO GET THE DR TO GIVE YOU VALIUM? JUST TELL HIM WHAT THE PROBLEM IS....He will have more respect for you if you tell him the truth!

SECOND... IF YOU ARE GETTING THIS FOR SOMEONE ELSE--WRONG!!!! ALL respect will be lost and I doubt that dr would treat you again. It's soooo illegal and this drug is NOTHING to fool around with!

I made the mistake of getting into my Mother's when i was a teen and I got addicted to the EFFECTS - I think at one time I tool like 10 then 12 and I did all of this to get out of classes at school. I did alright,,, I also damn near hurt not only myself but others.
stay away from this-- and if this ither person TRULY lives and deals with anxiety- HAVE HIM SEE THE DOCTOR!

It may not be valium and that he needsif you are truly concerned for him, you will do this! PLEASE BE WISE! Cover your own self -dont risk getting into trouble if you truly do care!

OKAY its nothing to mess around with.

(ps I avoid valium at all cost... I hate it--ANYTIME I THINK ABOUT THAT IT-I JUST REMEMBER KAREN ANN QUINLAN - WHO TOOK VALIUM AND DRANK AT THE SAME TIME AND - SHE ENDED UP IN A DAMN COMA AND HER FAMILY FOUGHT TO TAKE HER OFF LIFE SUPPORT IN NJ) I HEARD THAT IS IS A WIDELY ABUSED DRUG--

OH WELL I KNOW U ARE ONLY BEING A CONCERNED FRIEND- BUT I AM CONCERNED AS WELL.. DONT DO IT!

Valium is highly addictive and in the long term it creates far worse problems than the anxiety you're now experiencing. Valium should only be used very short term and only in the most extreme cases.

Do not get started on drugs. It is a vicious cycle which can only lead to disaster. There are other ways to control anxiety. Mine is my faith in God.
