See an ear specialist. There is a possibility that there might be a hole in your ear drum. When there is a hole, hearing would be affected and you may need to mend it up.

myself, I'd start off by going to a doctor. They would most likely refer you to an ent.... They will access the ear, find out if the damage is medical or to the nerves, then they will attempt to fix it if it's a medical problem. I'd make sure to do this asap, as it will only get worse. and a simple fix now, may turn into a real problem later

hi,you need to visit your doctor asap, you may have an ear infection which can cause permanent damage . you may have blocked ears from wax or muffled from a cold,so try not to worry.
if it is permanent or looks that way the doctor will refer you to an ear, nose and throat specialist.
try not to worry,i am profoundly deaf myself so i do understand how scared you may be feeling ,but as i said it may not be permanent ,but see you gp asap .
good luck :)

Go to a doctor and see whats up. If you are having a problem maybe the doctor can fix it or help stop something that could become permanent.

go to your local casualty department, or er if your are from the us.a could just have a high level of wax in your inner ear, or could just have something else blocking it or a slight infection.
