I have a pill......?

It has APO on one side and XR 500 on the other. It is white and oblong.

APO is the name of the company who manufactures it. XR shows it is an extended release preparation.500 is most likely the dose in milligrams, since it is a generic drug it is difficult to find the nature of medicine, as colours and shapes can be deceptive.check from a pharmacist or phone APO pharmaceutical customer care. BY NO MEANS AT ALL DONT USE THIS PILL UNLESS YOU KNOW EVERY THING.
