You're supposed to lie down in a cold, dark room with your eyes shut and just relax, I get them all the time and does it work usually!

In my experience, Tylenol does not work for headaches. In fact, it doesn't work for anything except bringing a fever down as far as I can tell.
For migraines, try about 800mg of Advil (four standard pills), and a small cup of coffee. Caffeine can be a trigger for some folks, but if I've already got a migraine it sometimes helps me. This will probably not help you if you get nauseous during your migraines. At that point, a dark quiet room and a cold pack either across your forehead and eyes or under your neck as you lay down is probably a fine thing.
Also, you may want to look into a different doctor. If there's a specific test to look for a brain that has migraines from time to time, I don't know about it. My doctor just took stock of my symptoms and family history, and gave me a scrip. However, I'm still trying to find a medicine that works after the first once or twice. Drugs are not always practical, or effective.
Good luck, and make sure you're drinking enough water.

Eliminate the following things from your diet COMPLETELY. Never have even a tiny little spot of any of them. Also, give it at least 14 days before dismissing it as bunk:
Caffiene
refined sugar
sugar substitutes
**MSG** (you must research everything you even think about eating or drinking thoroughly on the internet to determine if it has MSG in it, as it is often listed on the ingredients list as hydrolized protein, or some other misleading name)
Flour
Starchy foods that are not raw (raw potatoes, for example, are very good, but if they have been cooked at all they are bad for you)
Also, quit using all tobacco products, and quit using all alcoholic beverages. Discontinue use of any drug that is not prescribed to you by a doctor.
Also:
Drink atleast 8 full cups of water daily.
Fruits, vegetables and nuts are your friends, as long as they are raw or lightly steemed, and you are not allergic to one of them.
Try to walk a mile or two daily, at a liesurely pace, 4 or five days a week.
That's all I got for you. I hope you get better. I know what a migraine feels like, but I havn't had them often.
EDITED TO ADD:
Always wear chemical proof gloves when handling even just pine oil floor cleaner, and any other cleaners or solvents. Do you work in a factory? If so, you may need to leave. The source of your difficulties may be a chemical in the air where you work.
Our skin is an organ, and you will absorb things through your skin. For example, you will absorb more water through your skin from one bath, than you will ever drink in one day. For this reason, you might also look into filtering your drinking water, and getting an inline filter for your bath and handsink water.

I got rid of my ver bad migraines after I had my wisdom teeth extracted. I do not know whether it will work for her. To lay still in a dark room with complete silence it helped a bit.

Look at your diet. Then you need to see a Nuerologist. My wife suffers from Migranes, and was put on restrictive diet. This meant no coffee in large amounts, no onions etc. There is a Migrane diet that you can probably google that gives some insight into foods that trigger migranes. Also stop taking stuff Like Migrane over the counter Like Excedrine, her specialist said those cause rebound migranes which are just as bad as full on migrane...She also takes Toporol, which is good meds to stop them from even happening...

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
