I cant decide if it helps me or not. I have add and It does help me concentrate but i dont know if its worth the other effects it has. I think it takes my creativity away, and i'm a decent artist. I also think its making me fat... at first it took my appetite away and now i swear it makes me hungry! But without it i'm an unorganized mess... but which is better? help!

is it right to be paying for health insurance (health, dental &eye) from an employer and not have the coverage details? Like our company just signed up for new dental & vision October 1st. The benefits went into affect Nov 1st...but we have no cards, no group number, nothing! I dont think its right that we're paying for all this coverage if we have no info on if we can use these benefits and where. Im desperate to get my eyes checked, ive been waiting for coverage since march...and the HR girl said the eye coverage hasnt even been processed yet...how can i go about bringing this up or getting money back??

I always feel thirsty and i drink plenty of water, tea, sports drinks, etc. I still only go to the bathroom three times a day (when i wake up, 5pm, and before i go to bed) and when i do my urine is always clear which means i am hydrated enough but i still feel thirsty all the time. Could this be anything?

My dad has some strange skin problem that reoccurs every winter. Rash (and lots of it) appears on his entire upper body, back, front, kneck, arms... Doctor prescribed some strong medicine cream to apply but doesn't seem so useful. His rash continued until spring or summer.

He keeps saying when he goes outside he feel comfortable so it MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST because of the heat, but we have set the temp to 19C and the heater rarely runs (and we all feel cold). If the room temp goes up to 20C, he will starting scolding with really hash words and insist we have to turn the temp down to make him comfortable (how? turn on A/C in winter?)

Then my sis remember our family doc says it might have been because of the dry air. So we bought a humidifier (well, we mentioned that in conversation and then he insisted we had to buy it to give him a try).

And the worst part is he insisted the humidifier must run until the humidstat says 70% and AUTOMATICALLY switch off at ...

My 17 yr. old daughter is allergic to many medications. Vicodin is the only thing she can take that seems to help her cramps. I hold the drug and dispense it as needed. 4 female drs. have said they would put their own daughter on the pill rather than give them a narcotic. I agree with them but my husband is dead set against her going on the pill. I have had several frank talks with her about sex and STDs and I feel like she is going to have sex if she wants to whether she is on the pill or not. I feel like my husband is being unreasonable and not truly thinking of my daughter's overall health. I feel the pill is a proactive solution to her cramps rather than giving her Vicodin which is a reactive approach to the problem.

hi, i was at judo last nite and a big lad fell on me when i was coming in for a big throw. my hip poped and went back in, i managed to get up and get home in AGONY.

I then ended up in an ambulance and my leg went purple and cold, and i got pins and needles in my leg and i lost the sensation. I had an xray but they said even though it dislocated, there is muscle damage that has been left. I still get pins and needles, the paramedic said i may have trapped a nerve, hence why my leg went funny.

Has anyone had this experience that could tell me about and how long the pain will last, the hospital were not very helpful. any idea or advice will be appreshated, thanks

Here's the deal. I'm 23 and don't have period.Last time i had, was before 2 years.
Frst time-when i was 12/13 years old;
Then sveral times.When I went to high school , I had not have period for 4 years.Then my doctor gave me a therapy, (to use contraceptives).It lasted for 6 months, and the only thinnk i got was that I became fat. my hormones are ok, maybe the testosterone is a little high.Now I want to get pregnant, and because of the fat around my ovary , i don't have period and because of that, I might have problem with getting pregnant. Finally my doctor said , if I can't get pregnant, then it will be neccessary to drill my fat, and in that way the sperm would reach my uterus.
Is this very risky? Does the chances of me not getting pregnant ever? This have bugged me for 3 years now. WIll I be ever able to naturally to have children?Thanks.
P.S. Sorry if the written above it's not very comprehensible
