Here's the deal. I'm 23 and don't have period.Last time i had, was before 2 years.
Frst time-when i was 12/13 years old;
Then sveral times.When I went to high school , I had not have period for 4 years.Then my doctor gave me a therapy, (to use contraceptives).It lasted for 6 months, and the only thinnk i got was that I became fat. my hormones are ok, maybe the testosterone is a little high.Now I want to get pregnant, and because of the fat around my ovary , i don't have period and because of that, I might have problem with getting pregnant. Finally my doctor said , if I can't get pregnant, then it will be neccessary to drill my fat, and in that way the sperm would reach my uterus.
Is this very risky? Does the chances of me not getting pregnant ever? This have bugged me for 3 years now. WIll I be ever able to naturally to have children?Thanks.
P.S. Sorry if the written above it's not very comprehensible

My dear friend you have certainly had it tough if the contraceptive was the pill your doctor should have monitored you while taking it some do make you gain weight but he should have tried a different type which would helped you not to gain wait .In the western world where I live Australia there would be plenty of help for you to get pregnant .I wish you hd of told us how much you weigh and your height then I could better help you .But in any case try to eat less and exersise moderately like a 10 min walk 3 times a day .I firmly believe that even without our expert help you can fall pregnant with diet and exersise and learn some relaxation techniques high stress levels can stop you as well so try all 3 things first .If the doctor is talking of loosing weight with lyposuction this is safe you loose the fat but the skin is still stretched looking uggly to fix that requires a lot more exersise and as you want to become pregnant to me not a good idea .I have given you the best advise i can with what little I know of you really what you need is a doctor who specialises in female anatomy .Good luck precious dont despair you still have many years ahead for success.

I have not heard of fat drilling. Fat around the ovaries will not stop sperm getting to the uterus, but it may stop ovulation happening. I think you need to get the testosterone level sorted out before you agree to any surgical procedures!
The only way to know if you will get pregnant is by trying ...;

the fat drilling is something ive never heard of, if your testosterone is high its likely you wont get pregnant because that male hormone will make the egg reject and not implant in your womb. no i dont think you can have kids unless you find a really good doctor who can medically reverse your hormone problems.
