Is this normal? Are professional Massage Therapists used to it? should a man be embarrassed if this happens?

Yeah it's completely normal. I knew a medic from the RAF once who told me that he often used to massage some of the squaddies and they used to get very embarrassed when the little fellow popped his head up!

Definately normal as your so relaxed. On 'Trust Me Im A Beauty Therapist' (channel 4) they explained that this happens to most people, women also...its just women can hide there arousal.

yep it happens I'm a therapist and i know it can and I'm fat & forty haha so it not about attraction normally ;-) dont get embarrest and a proffesional massage therapist will ignore it the more massages you have the less you will be embarrassed and besides we are trained to be proffessional ok

i think that's normal. i mean me and my boyfriend give each other full body massages sometimes before well we do stuff. i wouldn't be embarassed

yep totally normal, women do too. my mums clients often cause her problems of the like, but they know how to deal with it. dont have to be embarrased especially if they dont notice, just dont make any lewd suggestions

YOUR ONLY HUMAN!! THE THINGS THEY DO TO YOUR BODY ARE TO LET YOUR BODY GO TO BE TOTALLY RELAXED. SO OFCOURSE THEY HAVE PROBLY SEEN IT BEFORE WOMAN PROBLY FEEL THE SAME AROUSAL WE JUST HIDE OURS BETTER.
